These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SuperfastSAT (“SuperfastSAT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a free SAT-preparation platform operated by Argonaut Education, Inc., a Delaware C corporation, and available at superfastsat.io. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use SuperfastSAT. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
The service
SuperfastSAT provides SAT-preparation tools, including practice questions, a vocabulary trainer, and a study hall. The service is currently offered free of charge. We are actively developing the product, and features may be added, changed, or removed over time. We make no guarantee of any particular score, score improvement, or test outcome.
Your account
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
When using SuperfastSAT, you agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, harvest, resell, or redistribute our questions or other content.
- Share your account or use the service on behalf of others without authorization.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The platform, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by Argonaut Education, Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own SAT preparation. SAT is a registered trademark of the College Board, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse SuperfastSAT.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements or produce any particular result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Argonaut Education, Inc. and SuperfastSAT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes will be communicated through the service. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
